Decided to give this s try based on reviews and because it’s close to our hotel. Overall it excellent experience. Got sautéed muscles to start and they were excellent. I got the eggplant parmigiana which was lasagna like. Excellent flavor, my only complaint was it was not heated …Altre recensioni

I got the eggplant parmigiana which was lasagna like. Excellent flavor, my only complaint was it was not heated properly. One side was crazy hot and the other cold. That was disappointing. My wife got the spaghetti either seafood and said it was good except the noodles were a little undercooked. We the got the sea bass with potatoes and that won the day! It was excellent! If you are a seafood lover, you must come and dine here. Freshly caught fish and octopus is what we ordered and it was ridiculously good. The server was very nice too, she made us feel like home, very caring and very polite.

The place is cozy and peaceful. Very pleasant atmosphere and the feeling here is very good. Very good beer. We stopped only for a drink and we had great time.

Best octopus salad I had in my life. The fish of the day was delicious as well. If you’re in Venice you MUST go here!!!!!! Our server Oriana was very attentive and was able to assist seat us promptly. She also gave us the best recommendations that fit our niche. Thank you!

We spent 4 days in Venice. We were so surprised that we had dinner for 3 times and lunch once in the same restaurant 😆. Every time we must order the oyster 🦪!

Lovely trattoria on the rio in Cannareggio. We stopped in for lunch. We had the mixed fried fish, branzino, and pasta with gamberi…all very good, with a nice bottle of Pino Nero from Alto Aldige, a favorite vinicultural area. Delish and very good value. Wait staff were friendly and professional. Be sure to slide the door to the toilette closed on entry and exit! 😊

This is a great place to go if you are looking for a peaceful dinner on the canal and delicious food. The staff and servers were very friendly and accommodating. The hugo and aperol spritz’ were great! The pastas were the best we have tried so far and the tiramisu was fantastic.

Our first day in Venice and Al Mariner has set the Bar for great food!! The children’s spaghetti and the beef in tomato sauce, along with the fried mixed seafood and the pasta scampi was amazing. Stefania was our server and I cannot say enough how attentive and patient she was. Great service and good food. Definitely recommend!

Great place to dine to get away from the crowds. Right next to the canal is so peaceful. The staff were brilliant and attentive. My partner had the Squid ink Spaghetti and he said it was the best thing he's eaten in Italy. I had the octopus salad which was light and refreshing. You have to get here early otherwise it will get booked out. Luckily we got there just as lunch service started.

I came here the first time 10 years ago, and I keep coming back with friends and family. Great food, great attention for customers and nice atmosphere. This area is in my opinion the best of Venice. Less crowded and calm, quiet, you can really enjoy your time here. Thank you and see you again soon

Best restaurants in Venice! Near a calm canal with lots of locals eating there. We went with the recommendation from the kitchen and everything was a dream! Don't miss out on the tiramisu, if when you are full - is worth it. 😇

Amazing food & service. We ate there twice, the cuttlefish and seafood pastas were mind-blowing, perfect melting in your mouth tiramisu and absolutely fresh sea bass. Oh, and the house wines -both white and red- are just perfect to go with these dishes.
